Surfside Beach
The Pier! The Pier! That's what most think of when you think of Surfside! Well, the reconstruction is almost done and they've announced a re-opening for April of 2024! This along with all the shops and the "entertainment district" will be officially known as Pier Village. We've been waiting a looooonngg time! Now, it will feel like it used to, but even better! The great restaurants, the music, the pier, people cruising in their convertibles and motorcycles - life is GOOD!
Surfside Beach - yes, the "Family Beach," and almost every photo you see of Surfside Beach includes those vibrantly colored beach homes right along the shore. But there are many options for real estate in Surfside - just keep in mind the Town of Surfside Beach limits the area where properties can serve as short term rentals, so be aware if that is what you're in the market for!
