No matter how technology appears to have made real estate easier and quicker, it's still a very significant and emotional experience. It's a transaction involving more money than probably most sales or purchases in your lifetime! Whether a first-time home buyer or frequent real estate investor, you're still looking for the same thing - a partner you completely trust.
Teacher, Counselor, Negotiator, Encourager and Entertainer! When you choose to work with me - you get it all! My motto is "Minimize the Surprise." I'll ask many questions, making sure I understand your goals. Then, with my thorough knowledge of the ever-growing Myrtle Beach area, you'll be provided with all the information you need (including "tough love honesty" if needed!) to move forward with confident decisions.
I consider my role in developing "community" to be so much more than a job! After running a PR and Sports Marketing Firm for 13 years in the world of NASCAR®, I took a career turn and worked for a high-end new construction builder in Charlotte, NC. I loved it! To watch a community come to life with people from all around the globe establishing their HOME -- I was both humbled and honored to be part of the journey and I still very much feel that way today!
It was a different national builder who brought me to the Myrtle Beach area, and then after a year, I joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. My previous experience as a business owner was a big help. I know how to work hard!! In my second full year I doubled my sales and was named a member of their International Diamond Society (funny . . . I am still waiting for that diamond! LOL!). Now, I am thrilled to be a top producer with Highgarden Real Estate - a national firm with 15 offices including Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Charlotte. In 2023, I was our local office's #1 agent and #15 nationwide! And yet, there's still so much I hope to achieve!
One of my biggest blessings is to be part of a big family - you'll probably meet them at some point when you're working with me. When you're part of a big family, there are two things that are simply instinctive. First, I'm very protective. You will hear me affectionately call you "my cubs" and I am "Mama Bear" always keeping an eye out! Secondly, a big family is like being part of a performance of sorts - you're always trying to make the others laugh and feel good. So while indeed, real estate can make you quite anxious and stressed, wouldn't it be nice to smile and laugh along the way?
I sincerely can't wait to help you!
